Meet Christy

I’m Christy Winner, a wife, mother, and 57 year old lifelong wellness advocate passionate about helping individuals and families create healthier, low tox lifestyles.

 

My own path has been one of transformation (as shown below). After navigating the many hormonal changes of menopause, and years of unanswered health questions, I stepped beyond conventional medicine into the world of functional health, homeopathy and longevity science. What began as personal research quickly became a calling...to simplify wellness for others who want real, lasting change.

 

I've spent years studying, testing and connecting with experts across the wellness space...attending leading conferences and collaborating with top minds in longevity and non toxic living, to bring forward what really works.

 

I live by the 80/20 rule: 80% focused on clean nutrition, daily exercise and strength training, stress management and good sleep practices as the foundation. The 20% is balanced with the freedom to enjoy travel, good food and life's celebrations without guilt.  

I help others find that same balance, combining evidence-based strategies with real-life practicality so you can feel vibrant, strong and grounded now, and set yourself up for a higher quality and longer life.

I used to brush off the little signs: the fatigue, the sleepless nights, hot flashes, the mood swings…I thought it was just stress… or getting older.  Until one day, everything crashed. My energy, sleep, weight gain and hormones were all over the place, and I didn’t even recognize myself anymore.

That was my wake-up call. I had waited too long. Menopause forced me to rebuild my health from the ground up…I got tested and used my own research, discipline and dedication to transform my life. I prioritized sleep quality, focused on stress management, emphasized unprocessed, high protein food, started strength training and surrounded myself with like minded people. If I could go back, I’d start sooner. I’d get my bloodwork done before the symptoms screamed at me.  I’d listen when my body whispered.

 

Don’t wait for everything to go wrong to make things right. Start now. Get tested, nourish yourself, move your body, rest deeply. Healing after the crash is hard…prevention is power.
